In December 2023, VEDRA Pensions will reach the 50 million euro mark for pensions already paid out. This makes VEDRA Pensions the provider in the German market with the highest payouts from pension buy-outs to company pensioners. In 2016, the company set out to establish pension buy-outs in Germany.
With the first acquisition of a pensioner company and the associated pension plan in 2016 and subsequent transactions, VEDRA Pensions has paved the way for popularising the model of taking over pension obligations through a pensioner company. With success, as this milestone proves. But this is only one stage of the journey. Today, companies' need for modern, tailor-made solutions for the funding and ultimate risk transfer of pension obligations is greater than ever. The pensioner company and the pension buy-out offer a secure and proven model to meet this need.
