VEDRA Pensions GmbH ('VEDRA') continues to expand. Vinayaka Pandit joined the company from 1 June 2025, taking up the position of Head of Analytics and HR.
Vinayaka Pandit brings excellent professional expertise to the table, making him a valuable asset to the team. He has over 20 years' experience working as an expert and consultant in actuarial science, occupational pension schemes (bAV) and human resources (HR). At VEDRA, he will assess the actuarial aspects of business development and contribute his labor law expertise, particularly with regard to the transfer of pension obligations. He will also be responsible for HR issues and compliance matters as the company continues to grow.“
Mr Pandit's appointment is another step forward for VEDRA in broadening and diversifying the company and enabling it to respond to the growing number of enquiries.
Vinayaka Pandit has demonstrated his skills in similar positions at renowned auditing firms such as Deloitte, PwC and EY, as well as at Accenture (Management Consulting Division) and Allianz Pension Consult.
He holds a mathematics degree with a focus on finance and economics, as well as a master's degree in organizational psychology. He is also a certified actuary (DAV). His proficiency as an actuary and his profound understanding of HR, especially concerning occupational pension schemes, are a perfect complement to VEDRA's offerings.
