Brigitte Schratzenstaller-Rauch has more than 20 years' experience in international human resources management, organizational development and business development.
Her focus includes growth and change management.
As VP of Human Resources, she has played a key role in implementing HR standards, processes and compliance, including in previous roles at Oracle, Sandoz International, Bilfinger Industrial Service and Flint Group, to name a few.
Brigitte is a trained systemic coach and mediator.
She holds a degree in social pedagogy.
