Nicolas Blanchard

- Dr Nicolas Blanchard has more than 25 years of management experience in the financial services industry.
- He was previously Head of Retail Banking at Hamburg Commercial Bank (HCOB) and a personally liable partner at Bankhaus Lampe. Dr Blanchard first started his career in the financial services industry at Hypo-Vereinsbank in Munich.
- He specializes in selected consultancy activities with a focus on German SMEs and financial service providers in Germany and abroad. In this capacity, he is also a member of the advisory boards of several companies.
- Dr Blanchard holds a PhD from the University of Heidelberg and studied law and history at the Universities of Bielefeld, Lausanne and Heidelberg. He was a research assistant at the Ecole Polytechnique in Paris and at the Max Planck Institute in Hamburg.
