Vinayaka Pandit

Mr Pandit has more than 20 years of experience in actuarial science, occupational pension schemes (bAV) and human resources (HR) advisory.
Vinayaka Pandit holds a degree in mathematics and studied at the Technical University of Munich. He also holds a Master of Science in Organizational Psychology from the University of London and a Bachelor of Science in Cybernetics from the University of California.
Parallel to his studies, he began his career at Allianz Asset Management GmbH, where his responsibilities included implementing a quantitative model for portfolio selection. He started his actuarial career at Kern Mauch & Kollegen and Allianz Pension Consult.
In 2008, he joined the pensions team at EY as a senior consultant before taking up a similar position in the pensions team at PwC.
From 2013 to 2015, he was responsible for process optimization projects for insurers as part of the Finance & Risk Services Team at Accenture Management Consulting.
He was subsequently responsible, ultimately as senior manager, for international pensions as well as HR, M&A and PMI projects at Deloitte (2016-2018 as well as 2020-2025) and PwC (2018-2020).
